At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your equipment, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
